Start your own Formula 1 racing team and make all the big decisions as team leader. You'll have to hire and fire drivers, choose sponsors, upgrade your car, and make race decisions such as what tires to use and when to make a pitstop. Now that you're in control, it's all on you whether your racing team is a success or a failure.
